Reading Plus is a personalized reading program designed for students who already have strong foundational skills and are ready to improve fluency and comprehension. Students will be successful in Reading Plus if they are reading at a 3rd-grade level or higher.

Which Lexia program should I purchase?
If your student is pre-5th grade you should consider Lexia Core5. If they are 6th grade or older and struggle with phonics/grammar/spelling/comprehension we would suggest Lexia PowerUp.
What grade level does Lexia PowerUp go to?
Lexia PowerUp goes to a high school level but also teaches skills taught in younger grades with a more mature platform.
What computers/devices is PowerUp available on?
Lexia PowerUp will work on an updated iPad through the app or through the browser on a computer or laptop.
How long is the placement?
Each strand (grammar, comprehension and word study) has its own placement. Plan about 20 minutes per strand; it does not have to be taken in one sitting.
What grades is Lexia PowerUp for?
Lexia PowerUp is for non-proficient readers 6th grade and older. It includes grammar, word study and comprehension and goes to a high school level. Lexia PowerUp teaches younger skills from kindergarten to high school with a more mature platform.
What is Lexia PowerUp?
Lexia PowerUp is designed for older students who need additional support in reading, helping them strengthen comprehension, vocabulary, and literacy skills.
